1A-16 Preview: Key West looks to continue district reign, but challengers are lined up
BY BRANT PARSONS — Key West has won 17 straight district titles, but last year’s may have been the toughest of those

Last season: Key West managed to keep its streak of district IBT titles alive with a big performance in the postseason, but Westminster Christian was just 12.5 points behind.
How did Kabra do?: We missed True North (now in 1A-15) winning the district duals title and we had Westminster finishing second, but even we may not have seen as close a race coming.

Wrestlers to watch:
The favorite: Key West. The Conchs hold this spot until they’re knocked off, but it will take another great performance for the streak to reach the age of voting.
Team to watch: Coral Shores. We may have predicted the Hurricanes to be in the mix a year early, but they return the most district points for a season ago and look poised to battle both Key West and Westminster.
