1A-10 Preview: SLAM Tampa looks to keep flying as district welcomes Zephyrhills Christian

Last season: First-year program SLAM Tampa won both district titles and reached the region final in state duals.
How did Kabra do?: In our defense, at the time of publication last year, we didn’t know much about SLAM Tampa. Even then, we’re not sure we would have foreseen this.

Wrestlers to watch:
The favorite: SLAM Tampa. The Spartans look poised for even bigger things this season with so much coming back. The coaches told Kabra Wrestling that last year was just the start, we believe them.
Team to watch: Zephyrhills Christian. The Warriors were one of the top teams in Class 1A when the FHSAA suspended the school for all sports for a year because of some practices by the school. Most wrestlers stuck around and it should make for a fun district race here.
