Wakulla’s William Harvey continued his great start to the season with a tournament win at the Ryan Blackwell Invitational and that performance earned him the Reader’s Choice Wrestler of the Week honor.

So far this season, the senior 126-pounder has beaten a Georgia state finalist and has multiple wins against highly-ranked Florida opponents.

The Cocoa Beach seventh-grader ripped through the competition in her first high school tournament, scoring four pins in four matches to win the 100-pound weight class at the Girls Flagler Rotary Tournament.

“Rylee came into a very tough Flagler Rotary Invitational looking to show she belongs in the conversation at 100 pounds and I think she did just that,” Coach Beach head coach Chris Kelly said. “I think being able to pin her way through one of the toughest girls tournaments in Florida is going to be a good confidence builder moving forward.”
