The Week Ahead: District Duals fill a busy week on the map

BY BRANT PARSONS — Saturday marks the day when all district duals need to be completed and with that day now looming, we’ll see 38 districts pick their representatives for the region duals this week.
There are district duals every single day this week and we’ve broken down the schedule at the bottom.
So far, Class 3A has crowned five district duals champions with Flagler Palm Coast (3A-2), Venice (3A-8), Wellington (3A-12), South Broward (3A-14), and Doral Academy (3A-15) all winning titles.
In Class 2A, Middleburg (2A-2), Winter Springs (2A-4), East River (2A-8), Jensen Beach (2A-14), and Archbishop McCarthy (2A-15) have earned district duals titles already this season. None have been competed in Class 1A so far.
The district champions and runners-up all move on to compete in the region quarterfinals and semifinals on Thursday, January 15.
