Introducing “Stalling: A Kabra Wrestling Podcast”

BY BRANT PARSONS — I’ve been asked many times when the podcast would be coming back.

And to be fair, a lot of those times it was my friend and Suncoast coach Dan Tria who was asking me.

Honestly, it was a question that I didn’t know the answer to.

The first love of my life was radio and after having spent almost two decades working in the radio business, I missed it.

But getting this website up and running was my first priority but once the first high school season ended, I finally had an answer for Dan and everybody else who asked.

“Let’s do one now - and how does ‘Stalling’ sound for a name,” I said to Dan, and with that, a podcast was born.

I’ve spent the last month plus preparing the podcast. Outlining a vision, a format, and starting to line-up guests that we want to have on the show.

Even with all of the time spent on it, I feel that it is still an evolving work in progress and it may not sound at the end like it sounds in the beginning. But it is alive now.

So let me introduce you to “Stalling”.

I’m sharing co-hosting duties with Tria, who also shares a radio background. We’re excited to talk to all the parts that make this sport so special in the state of Florida.

Here’s the introductory podcast:

The Stalling podcast will be available soon on all podcast platforms, including Apple, Spotify, Google, Amazon, Sticher, and more. Once those become live, we hope you will follow them there and listen.

We are also planning some bonus content for Kabra+ members, more on that in the future too.

If you have an idea for a podcast, please reach out to me with it. Thank you and enjoy the show.
